Job Summary
The Project & Administrative Coordinator, CFR provides responsible and administrative support to the fundraising team in Corporate and Foundation Relations, manages corporate and foundation data and tools for tracking performance and reporting, supports the development of communication tools for outreach to faculty (email lists and web resources site), creates communications for target email blasts for funding opportunities and collaborates with Office of the Vice President for Research (OVPR) on limited submissions, maintains donor data in the Development database, and manages office functions.
This role contributes to OUD’s positive culture and adheres to OUD’s values of diversity, equity, and inclusion by fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment through daily interactions, actively promoting communication between diverse team members, and being mindful of language and cultural sensitivities when organizing events or communicating with faculty and donors.

Responsibilities*
Tracking Performance and Maintaining Donor Data (35%)
-
Run queries to identify and track foundation and association proposals through ORSP and update opportunity plans.
-
Run queries to identify and track foundation and association revenue data through FinOps. Feed data to Gifts and Records.

Develop templates and run reports utilizing Business Objects, DART, and eResearch.
-
Update DevNet, DART, and contact lists with additions or changes.
Provide Administrative Support to Corporate and Foundation Fundraisers (35%)
-
Maintain calendars, schedule appointments and conference calls, schedule group meetings and maintain email groups within the office.

Coordinate donor visits and events including drafting itineraries, preparing and distributing internal briefing materials, arranging catering, and preparing other arrangements or materials as needed.

Make travel arrangements for offsite donor visits and other trips including airfare, hotel, transportation, and itineraries with stronger support for our CR team.
Support Communication with Faculty (30%)

Update and maintain the internal and external Corporate and Foundation Relations website, including updating lists of current grant opportunities, refreshing corporate and/or foundation profiles, posting success stories on faculty work and newsworthy articles, tweeting, and researching giving histories.

Work with and coordinate with OVPR on limited submission opportunities and prepare materials for workshops, targeted blasts, and websites.
Required Qualifications*

Three plus years experience in the office setting.
-
Experience with customer service.
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google products (including Excel, Gmail, Google Docs & Calendar)

Experience with prioritizing multiple tasks and accomplish tasks under deadline.
