Your JobDarkVision, part of Koch Engineered Solutions, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Data Delivery Team in North Vancouver, BC.This position requires 100% on-site work in our North Vancouver office.The schedule will be a 4-week rotation of 12-hour shifts from Wednesday to Wednesday – 8 days on from 7:00am to 7:30pm, half a shift on Wednesdays for live handover, then 6 days off. Average of 40 hours per week. This schedule will apply once training is complete.This role does not provide work visa sponsorship or relocation support.Our TeamDarkVision’s acoustic imaging technology captures terabytes of high-fidelity data with each run. Our data analysis team plays a critical role in commercial process by analyzing these massive ultrasound datasets using our proprietary visualization software. They are meticulous, methodical, and thorough in providing customers with critical insights that lead to multi-million dollar projects.What You Will Do
- Monitor incoming projects through Confluence and FieldFX
- Manage communication channels for the team
- Assign projects to analysts based on capacity and working schedule
- Confirm project specification and timelines by reviewing quotes and sales documentation
- Review documentation and follow up with sales on missing documentation
- Monitor project progress and evaluate potential for deadline miss
- Manage team schedule and availability
- Assign incoming custom request tickets
- Track progress on custom request tickets, ensure post-delivery tasks completed
- Record start time and delivery time for each project
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience with Microsoft Suite products
- Experience in an administrative position
- Experience managing projects with tight deadlines
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience working on an operations-based role (manufacturing, logistics, production)
- Experience with databases and big data
- Experience managing and improving standard operating procedures
General Salary RangeFor this role, we anticipate paying $28 – $36 per hour. All 8/6 shifts worked are paid a 10% shift premium. This role is eligible for overtime pay issued on each payment cycle.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
