Description
The Project Coordinator is an important role that helps support both our preconstruction and field construction teams. Responsibilities include supporting various project personnel, coordinating subcontractor agreements, managing contracts and CRM reports, and maintaining project documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Project Managers, Estimators, Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators
Prepare and coordinate issuance of standard Subcontractor Agreements/Purchase Orders
Draft, Maintain, and Submit AIA Owner contracts
Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) reports
Maintain subcontractor certificates of insurance
Maintain subcontractor contact database
Assist in annual recertifications and background screenings for employees
Scan and/or plot project plans
Answering phones
Archiving project documents
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years related experience in the construction industry
Willingness to learn new tasks
Familiarity with construction processes and terminology
Working knowledge of CMiC software is a plus, but not required
Previous experience working with construction contracts is a plus, but not required
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc.)
Detail oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving and time management skills
Valid driver’s license and vehicle
