in their growth journey as an ethical, values-driven organisation?
Who we are and what we are looking for
Scriptoria is an award-winning international development consulting company specialising in

strong track record producing software and data systems that help international development
projects to more efficiently manage and deliver programmes.
We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has strong management skills (at least

delivery-driven, organised and a problem solver. You’ll be working to support with project
management and the delivery of key knowledge management and software projects for clients, so
it’s important that you are a “people person”.
We are looking for someone with a keen interest in software and the tools used to manage
projects. Experience in managing software development projects will be a distinct advantage but
not essential – as training will be given. Equally, if you have more of a software background
and want to transition into international/sustainable development and ethically focused work we
can support that too.

high-quality work to deadlines. We’re looking for someone who will enjoy contributing to the
diverse activities that our consultancy services cover and is able to engage with a wide range
of subject areas and sectors.
The role will include the following:
- Helping to develop and implement new project management tools and solutions for sustainable
development programmes and organisations - Supporting with the monitoring and managing of projects – transitioning to managing
projects entirely once ready - Presenting work to Scriptoria’s clients and training them in the tools and services we
provide - Management/line management of team members as the company grows
- Supporting with company business development and marketing, and the development of internal
systems to facilitate Scriptoria’s expansion.
