Job description
The Project Manager will organize logistics, delegate work, and ensure all work is completed on time and within budget. The Senior Project Manager will ensure construction projects are executed effectively while maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Oversee the Project Management Office and provide leadership to the team
- Manage and lead large construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely and profitable completion
- Ensure quality control and safety compliance on all projects
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Train and mentor junior project managers, providing guidance and support in project management and construction practices
- Continuously improve processes and procedures for increased efficiency and profitability

- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing larger ICI projects
- Previous experience as a superintendent is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. an asset
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor and train junior team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of construction practices, methods, and materials
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Ontario construction regulations and requirements
Our client is seeking an experienced and talented ICI Construction Project Manager to join their team in Niagara Falls, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Project Management Office, training and mentoring junior project managers, and managing large construction projects.
