Hybrid/remote work setup
Travel to awsome places – we travel all over North America and beyond (up to 25% of the time, all expenses covered) to set up some amazing events!Responsibilities:Support Account Executives with technical and client relations perspective in the preparation of quotes and work orders
Coordinate with Operations Manager to ensure event labour and logistical requirements are accurate
Provide direct supervision of employees and freelancers, including; managing personal information and qualifications, timekeeping, approval of invoices and performance appraisals
Confirm venue elements such as load in procedures, power, loading dock permissions, etc
Evaluate equipment to ensure adequate resources are available for assigned events and upcoming projects
Work with the Warehouse Manager / Operations to ensure event equipment is packaged properly and set to event requirement/demands
Supervise and assist with show delivery/set-up/dismantle
Inform the Operations/Account Manager of any event emergencies, setbacks, unresolved issues, and last-minute client requests
Maintain a healthy and productive work environment amongst staff
Document process improvements
Be a informational expert on equipment and processes
Produce and prepare event documentation including, but not limited to, creation of floor plans, production schedules, wiring diagrams, 3D renderings, among others
Front lines customer service, and vendor managementQualifications:+3 years of proven and verifiable work experience as a Project/Production Manager in the AV industry with experience working on live event audio & video productions
Valid Driver’s License and Passport with the ability to travel throughout North America (a must!)
Experience with videoconferencing technology – work experience using OBS, vMix, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams, etc. (a must!)
Experience reading blueprints and event floorplans AutoCAD / Sketchup / Vector Works (a must!)
Strong understanding of Video Conferencing / Streaming & Hybrid events (a must!)
Technical knowledge of audio, video, projection, computer and lighting equipment (a must!)
Knowledge of (some) video, lighting and/or audio consoles, software, hardware, etc. (a must!)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with IP networking (nice to have)
Workplace Safety knowledge (nice to have)
Working at Heights Certificate (nice to have)
Standard First Aid & CPR (nice to have)Beneifts:70-90k salary
