Description :O2E Brands is looking for a Project Manager to join our team on a 12 month contract.The Project Manager will engage a wide range of Stakeholders and manage a variety of technical-based projects in a team-centered environment. For this role’s duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the Vancouver office 25% of the time.A day in the life:– Drive multiple cross-departmental business and technology projects, initiatives or streams, delivering to the agreed scope, schedule and budget– Work with various key technical & business stakeholders to develop clearly defined project deliverables– Guide, motivate, and inspire teams toward accomplishing project objectives– Own the end-to-end project lifecycle and inspire a sense of shared purpose– Utilize innovation, creativity, and collaboration to lead projects that will make an impact on people, processes, and technology/systems– Apply Project Management and Agile methodologies to ensure successful delivery of projects & initiatives across platforms and technology streams– Facilitate relevant project management ceremonies across project lifecycle including; discovery, project kickoff, project update meetings, change management, launch readiness & support– Produce relevant project documentation across project lifecycle and per stream / platform including, project charter, project plan, status update, risk / issue tracking, launch readiness & change management planning, monthly update to delivery roadmap by stream / platforms– Provide inputs to Delivery KPIs including On Time Delivery (OTD), forecast / est. accuracy, budget management– Participate in ongoing capacity & resource planning processes to ensure project resources are secured & maintained for length or term of initiative / stream / project or program.– Manage project procurement cycle and own ongoing third party vendor relationships for Discovery, Project, Support resources.– Champion project management & agile culture throughout technical and business teams and participate in creation and delivery of related documentation and training materialsWhat You Bring To The Table-Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Computer Engineering, or similar-Strong communication skills, both verbal and written-3 + years of experience as a Project Manager with demonstrated experience managing and facilitating project deliverables in a technical environment-Demonstrated ability to inspire teamwork, influence positive change, and solve complex problems – you’re a PM who loves to lead and manage projects through inspiration, collective motivation, and a positive attitude-Experience with project forecasting & management, project scheduling, resource & budget management, developing & maintaining project documentation-Experience working in an agile environment and strong understanding of both agile & waterfall methodologies-Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills-PMP Certification a definite asset-Scrum Master Certification a definite assetCompensation– Salary: 82k – 95k per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).ABOUT USDid you know O2E Brands has been voted one of the Best Workplaces in Canada 14 times!?
