Job Description:HM Note: This hybrid Intermediate PM role is three (3) days in officeDescription:Scope of Responsibilities and Deliverables:Provide both Business and IT Project Leadership/Management as requiredSupport Shared Utility Service (SUS) in all strategic planning associated with the project and its impact on the partner Ministry Stakeholders, political environment, technical support environment, etc. This includes assisting in preparing communications, conducting presentations, providing analysis and consulting advice.Define, plan, and monitor Cloud Acceleration and API Marketplace initiative and multiple sub-projects under these initiative including multiple infrastructure and application sub-projectsOversee systems integration within the SUS Platform and with the external partnersAssist / Facilitate / Responsible for development of Integrated Project PlanEnsure that all required activities have been identified and assigned to sub project leads including new initiatives or changes to the initiatives, processes, procedures, or functionsObtain required sign off on all major project-related milestonesManage business and IT project-related risksIdentify and rectify project schedule slippages, and/or adjust project plan with stakeholders and partnersMonitor project and program timelines and deliverables, and communicate the status to designated management / stakeholders on a regular basisResolution of escalated project / Program related issuesMonitor the development of architecture deliverablesMandatory Requirements:Experience working with the delivery of complex Cloud technology projectsExperience managing enterprise solutions with technologies that include IBM Portal, WebSphere, DataPower, OpenShift, Cloud Automation Manager, Ansible and Oracle Database.10+ years experience in technology project management, at least 5+ years must include projects that required large technology procurements.Demonstrated experience using the agile / scrum framework to promote best practices and awareness to the project team, clients and/or stakeholders.IT Service Management experience with ITIL Foundations certificationDesirable Requirements:Experience working with the delivery of complex Cloud technology projectsExperience working with the delivery of enterprise API marketplace, API governance and overall platform governance projectsExperience with the Broader Public Sector (BPS) Project Lifecycle frameworkExperience working with architectural governance bodies, preferably in the OPS (ACT/ARB), security and privacy officesExperience working with Cloud services vendors including IBM, MS-AzureExperience in communicating, presenting, and problem solving with all levels of management and stakeholders up to Deputy Minister, CIO or equivalent levelsProven financial management experience in managing all aspects of project delivery, quarterly reporting, and projectionsStrong familiarity and experience with business registration management systems and processesIT Service Management experience with ITIL Foundations certificationExperience managing enterprise solutions with technologies that include IBM Portal, WebSphere, DataPower, OpenShift, Cloud Automation Manager, Ansible and Oracle Database.Experience managing enterprise solutions with application Software such as Urban Code, Velocity, Cognos, Informatica and IBM APICSkillsExperience and Skill Set Requirements1. Demonstrated experience with the full lifecycle of public procurements, including requirements development, Request for Bids (RFB) development, publishing, evaluation, contract award and vendor onboarding.3.3. Demonstrated experience working with and managing external vendor relationships.3.4. Demonstrated experience drafting SOW, Work orders and contract negotiations.3.5. Demonstrated vendor management experience in OPS / government setting, understanding of Procurement practices4. Stakeholder Management 25 Points4.1. Demonstrated experience reporting on progress of deliverables, milestones, issues and risks to various audiences, including steering committees and formal status reporting.4.3. Experience providing updates and advice to senior management.4.5.
