Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
- Maintain adequate control of all activities, projects and budget related to the INL Program.
- In collaboration with other team members and under the leadership of the Associate Director of Justice Solutions in the Field Office, manage the relationship with implementing partners with particular attention to goal fulfillment and financial control.
- Constantly inform the team about the fulfillment of goals and objectives.
- Serve as local support to the Regional Management located at Headquarters.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
- Provide follow-up to project activities.
- Support the monitoring and evaluation specialist in the adequacy, follow-up and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation plan.
- With the support of the monitoring and evaluation specialist, extract lessons learned by communicating them efficiently to the Associate Director of Justice Solutions in the Field Office and encouraging collaboration, adaptation, and learning.
Program:
- Write and prepare reports and reports required in the delegated area.
- Support the Associate Director of Justice Solutions in the Field Office with the implementation of initiatives geared towards building internal learning and internal capacity building.
Relations and Communication:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with implementing partners and team members.
- Identify and understand formal and informal partnerships between actors in the security and justice system.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business careers.
- 4-5 years’ experience in managing projects, preferably related to humanitarian aid.
- Experience with budget planning.
- Proven experience working with international organization, preferably within the field related to violence against women and children.
