With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together.Job DescriptionArcadis is seeking a Project Manager for our Project Management-Buildings Team to be responsible for and manage small to medium projects involving industrial buildings and facilities, with a focus on electrical facilitiesWe work with our clients around the world to create, support, and enhance smart, safe and sustainable places where people live, work, learn and thrive. Places impact on the quality of people’s lives. Whether new homes, shops, workplaces, schools and hospitals, manufacturing, research and development facilities, or data and distribution centers. People and communities thrive when the spaces in which they live, work, move and play are designed and managed in a way that best meets their needs.Role accountabilities:

• Collaborate with Clients as single point of contact on different projects in different phases of project delivery (Feasibility, Concept, Design, CA, Close Out)
• Manage industrial, commercial and institutional building projects from start of design to completion of construction
• Manage multi discipline teams in coordination with the discipline Group Practice Managers to produce designs and maintain quality of deliverables
• Drive an attitude within project teams to deliver solutions, resolving issues and risks as they arise, while managing a diverse project team
• Assist in preparing proposal and fee letters for new work
• Facilitate regular stakeholder and project sponsor meetings to define project direction and priorities in line with corporate objectives

QualificationsQualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in either Mechanical or Electrical field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management with projects related to industrial, commercial and institutional buildings
• Professional affiliation is an asset
• Working in environment of collaboration with clients, consultants, vendors.
• Proven experience in RFP process and proposal submission.
• Excellent command of English Language, both written and verbal
