**Job Title:** Project Manager – Heavy Residential Construction
**Location:** Quebec, Canada
**Type:** Full-Time**Responsibilities:**
– Oversee and manage all phases of heavy residential construction projects from planning to completion.
– Develop, monitor, and adjust project schedules, budgets, and resources.
– Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure timely, quality execution.
– Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company protocols.
– Regularly report on project status, issues, and milestones to stakeholders.
– Handle project documentation, change orders, and risk management.**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction, specifically in heavy residential projects.
– Strong knowledge of Quebec building regulations and construction practices.
– Proficiency in project management software.
– Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
– Fluency in French is an asset.**Education:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
