- Provides project management on large scale, complex, high profile and high risk projects for OPS I&IT initiatives.
- Prepare and edit clear, compelling presentations, briefing notes, formal meeting minutes/action items, and responses to queries/issues.
- Navigate interactions with colleagues, senior executives, and project teams with political acuity and tact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to facilitate project success.
- Ensure stakeholders receive accurate, comprehensive, and meaningful information in a timely manner.
- Document fast-moving executive conversations with limited context and seek alternate sources of information to ensure understanding.
- Coordinate various projects and competing priorities to meet deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrate self-motivation, professionalism, diplomacy, and the capability to manage workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Utilize broad IT knowledge and experience to support project needs.
- Proficiently use word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software, as well as document repositories such as SharePoint.
- Apply Agile methodology and tools (e.g., Planner, kanban boards) to manage projects efficiently.
- Leverage familiarity with AI technologies to enhance project outcomes.

3. Technical Skills (25%):
- Broad IT knowledge and experience
- Proficiency in word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software, and document repositories such as SharePoint
