And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for managing Medium Voltage equipment projects and programs. Project Manager is responsible for understanding and managing expectations of internal & external stakeholders to achieve project success and strengthen Rockwell’s position. Project Manager will demonstrate knowledge of applications in target industries, have measurable project management skills, have a working knowledge of Rockwell Automation products as they are applied in industry including machine and process design experience while maintaining exceptional professional standards of integrity, efficiency, and competency. You will report to the MV Service, Delivery Manager. You will work hybrid from our Cambridge, ON facility.Your Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the project from Engagement, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling to Closing.
- Ability to work and collaborate with individuals at various levels within an organization in a fast paced team environment.
- Ability to influence members not under direct control.
- Identification & mitigation of commercial & technical risks.
- Efficiently manage and coordinate activities of Rockwell Automation Field Service Engineers achieve defined project objectives.
- Application of Globally accepted Project Management processes.
The Essentials – You Will Have:
- Bachelors Degree
- Legal authorization to work in the Canada is required.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years related experience with recognized expertise in project management.
- This position requires a good understanding of the Rockwell Automation organization from distribution and sales, to the product & services businesses. Strong industry and application knowledge and demonstrated project management skills are required.
- Project Management experience in a technical role. Advanced knowledge of Rockwell Automation core products PAC, Motion Control, Drives, Operator Interface, Communications, I/O, presence sensing and software.
- Controls, Process design or Mechanical Engineering experience is desired.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is desired.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel VBA and Power Apps entities to drive business workflows and processes.
