Your role will involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets, and maintaining a focus on quality deliverables. Additionally, you will support the Senior Director of Panel Operations in strategic initiatives and operational improvements. This role requires proficiency in change management, logical and critical thinking, and the ability to independently drive solutions while fostering effective communication across all levels of the organization.Requirements

  • Support the Senior Director of Panel Operations
  • Develop project schedules and timelines
  • Allocate resources and ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to stakeholders
  • Manage changes in project scope and timelines
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • Facilitate change management processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as a Project Manager
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail
