As Project Manager Talent & Culture, you will sit at the heart of our tribe and help turn ambition into action. You will drive strategic initiatives across talent, leadership, L&D, culture and employee experience, ensuring our most important priorities are delivered with clarity, focus and impact.

You will also help us keep our Talent & Culture agenda future-focused by bringing in external insights, labour market trends, emerging technologies and AI-enabled solutions. This role is about more than project delivery: it is about challenging, innovating and continuously improving how we attract, develop, engage and enable our people.

Your role as Project Manager Talent & Culture

  • You manage strategic Talent & Culture projects across different teams and stakeholders;
  • You translate priorities into clear roadmaps, governance, milestones and measurable outcomes;
  • You bring together colleagues from Talent Acquisition, Talent, Leadership & Culture, Learning & Development and Employer Branding;
  • You monitor progress, risks, dependencies and budgets, and help remove blockers where needed;
  • You create visibility through KPI follow-up, reporting and clear project governance;
  • You improve ways of working and help simplify processes across the Talent & Culture tribe;
  • You leverage AI, market insights and leading practices to strengthen Talent & Culture frameworks, policies and employee experiences;
  • You act as a catalyst for change, helping the organisation stay ahead of evolving workforce and business needs.

Your profile as Project Manager Talent & Culture

  • You combine strong project management skills with Talent & Culture expertise, a passion for People and a deep interest in the future of work;
  • You have experience in leading complex projects with different stakeholders;
  • You bring structure, ownership and strong execution power;
  • You communicate clearly and know how to involve and influence people at different levels;
  • You can translate data, insights and trends into meaningful actions;
  • You have a strong interest in talent, leadership, culture, learning, AI and the future of work;
  • You are energized by innovation and continuously look for better ways to create impact;
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment where collaboration, learning and change are part of daily work.
