Job Responsibilities:

• Support project implementation under the supervision of the Programs Coordinator.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and document activities.
• Monitor resource utilization and ensure budget compliance.
• Assist in resource planning and allocation.
• Identify potential risks and report them to the Programs Manager.
• Support in risk mitigation strategies and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collect and update partner and project location data.
• Document meeting minutes and archive project-related files.
• Assist in preparing monthly and weekly work plans.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in project management, coordination, or documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data collection tools such as KOBO and Power BI.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prepare technical reports.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
