Project Scheduler / Coordinator in Hershey, Pennsylvania

IT Project Coordinator Overview:

System One is searching for an experienced coordinator to spearhead one of our PC Deployment projects. The project will be located at our clients corporate headquarters located in Hershey, PA.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Manager communication with end-users, their mangers and administrative assistants to ensure they are scheduled for device refresh within the timeframe provided. This may include reminder communications for end-users who have not responded, or coordinate reschedules due to conflicts.

• Weekly communication with project team to collect list of users by location, who must be scheduled for their device refresh

• Daily communication with staging/imaging team to ensure next day(s) devices are ready for installation

• Maintain accurate reporting of users who have upgraded vs. those who have not, device upgrade percentage based on daily/weekly goals, and document any issues that arise during the upgrade process (software or hardware)

• Assist with coordination of staging and installer resources

• Communicate status daily to the Project Manager to ensure overall timelines are adjusted and reported accurately

Project Coordinator Requirements:

• Exceptionally strong organization skills

• Must be able to operate under high levels of stress
