Project Support Officer

Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and fulfil this role
on a full-time basis, working 37 hours per week.

About the role:

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to play a significant role in the business
operations of the Charity. As a Project Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact
for households, providing excellent customer service.

Good communication skills are a must, alongside a proactive approach to problem solving.
Previous experience in a similar role providing quality administrative and customer service
support would be desirable and would make you a valuable contribution to our small, friendly
and dedicated team.
