Look at the opportunity below.What will your typical day look like?As a Senior Analyst on our team, you will collaborate and work on property tax engagements with clients in many industries. Your role will be to work with team members across the country and perform assessment valuation analysis, prepare reports and documents related to assessment reviews and appeals. In your role in providing exceptional client value as a trusted business advisor, you will not only work with the property tax team in Canada, but also collaborate with other services lines in Canada including tax, audit, financial advisory and consulting, assisting clients with Canadian property tax matters.About the teamCurrently we are seeking a Senior Analyst for our Property Tax team.   • College or University degree or 3+ years of property tax consulting experience
  • Preference given to Accredited or Candidate member of Appraisal Institute of Canada, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Institute of Municipal Assessors
  • Detail oriented with strong computer and technical ability.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work in team environment
  • Self-motivated and deadline driven

Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $51,000 – $77,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
