JOB OVERVIEW: The PRoL MEAL Assistant carries out well-defined tasks contributing to the development, performance, integrity, and security of PRoL program databases. This role involves performing various database-related tasks, including data entry, data cleanup, database management, and statistical reporting, all under the supervision of the PRoL MEAL Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Data Entry and Management:
o Enter client, activity, and program-related data promptly and accurately into approved databases.
o Assist in developing and managing a filing system for PRoL reports and records.
o Ensure the immediate input of data into IRC databases.
• Data Cleanup and Quality Assurance:
o Perform regular data cleanup to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
o Report any logical errors or missing data to relevant staff.
o Test databases, correct errors, clean up data, and make necessary modifications as directed.
• Reporting:
o Generate statistical and graphical reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis using non-identifiable information.
o Assist in producing reports using Commcare and other tools as needed.
• Confidentiality and Compliance:
o Ensure forms, databases, and record-keeping comply with international and IRC standards, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
o Adhere to IRC IT security procedures and measures to safeguard information against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification, or disclosure.
• Support and Coordination:
o Liaise with the M&E unit as required.
o When required, conduct field visits to evaluate the outcomes of IRC program activities and activities of the partners.
o Attend PRoL and IRC meetings and trainings as needed and as requested by the supervisor.
o Assist with staff training on the use of MEAL tools as needed
• Documentation and Record-Keeping:
o Maintain entered data to ensure it can be tracked and reconciled easily in accordance with IRC policies and protocols.
o Assist in summarizing the entered data in statistical reports as appropriate.

Internal: Sn Integrated Protection Coordinator, PRoL Managers, PRoL Senior Officers,
External: IRC current and potential clients, PRoL Partners
REQUIREMENTS
Apply knowledge of procedures and systems to perform the requirements of the job; skills and knowledge typically acquired through a combination of job-related training, some on-the-job experience and some formal education including:
• Proficiency in data entry and database management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of data confidentiality and security practices.
• Ability to generate statistical and graphical reports.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and liaise with different departments.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word;
• Willingness to travel to various regional and field-level offices
• Language Ukrainian, Russian – fluent; English – working knowledge.

• Travel to other locations is needed up to 30% of time
