Introduction :

  • Background 

 The project titled “Develop a training package for civil society groups to reduce stigma and discrimination in communities with due consideration to age and gender specifications in line with the fifth National Strategic Plan (5th NSP) 2020-2024” is funded by the Global Fund’s New Funding Model 

(NFM III) programme for HIV and building resilient and sustainable systems for health (RSSH).

The Goals of the NFM III programme are: 1) By the end of 2023, maintain the HIV prevalence among PWIDs at less than 5%, 2) By the end of 2023, maintain the HIV prevalence among people who are exposed to sexual transmission of HIV at less than 5%, and 3) By the end of 2023, decrease 

the AIDS mortality by 20%.

 

This specific tender is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP which will in the future replace the online eTendering system currently in use.
