Provision of Promotional Items for the OSCE

Summary of Requirements

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) seeks qualified Bidders to to enter into a Local Window Contract for the provision of promotional items for the OSCE, at the Secretariat and Hofburg (two locations in Vienna 1st district). The goods/services will be ordered on a non-exclusive and an ‘as and when required’ basis. The planned duration of the Contract is three (3) years with a possibility for extension for another two (2) years (5 years in total) subject to funds availability, need of equipment, and Contractor’s performance.
