Provision of Risk Management System for the OSCE

Summary of Requirements

Tender scope is to procure, configure, implement, host and maintain a centralized cloud-based Risk Management Repository System for the OSCE. The solution will enable the structured identification, analysis, evaluation and documentation of risks, and will support the definition, execution and monitoring of risk treatment measures. It is intended to strengthen the OSCE’s internal control framework and promote a consistent, risk-based approach to decision-making across the Organization.
