We are committed to academic excellence, personal growth, and fostering a lifelong love of learning.About the Psychology Teacher RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology Teacher to join our high-achieving Social Sciences department. The successful Psychology Teacher will have the opportunity to teach Psychology at Key Stage 5 (A-Level), inspiring students with engaging lessons and a love for this fascinating subject.Responsibilities of the Psychology Teacher:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Psychology lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel confident to explore psychological concepts and develop their critical thinking skills.
• Assess and monitor student progress in Psychology, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Contribute to the development of the Psychology curriculum and departmental resources.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ensure the highest standards of Psychology teaching.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Psychology or a related field.
• Experience teaching Psychology at the secondary level, specifically A-Level.
• A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Psychology and A-Level exam specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for Psychology and a commitment to inspiring students.
