Candidates with a PhD (or equal qualification) obtained in Italy or overseas. Candidates should even be in possession of one of many following necessities: • have obtained the ASN for the capabilities of Affiliate or Full Professor (Artwork.16 of L.240/2010) or: • have labored for no less than three years, even cumulatively and even for non-periods consecutive, of: – Fastened-term researcher contracts Artwork. 24, paragraph 3, letter A of Regulation 240/2010, or pursuant to artwork. 1 paragraph 14 of Regulation 230/2005; – analysis grants (artwork. 22 of Regulation 240/2010, or pursuant to artwork. 51 par 6 of L. 449/97); – post-doctoral scholarships pursuant to artwork. 4 of Regulation 11/30/1989 n. 398 – contracts, grants or scholarships in overseas universities, equal to these described above. Candidates in possession of a qualification obtained overseas should produce a duplicate of the equivalence provision, issued by the competent authorities; are allowed to take part those that current a photocopy of the overseas qualification (translated into Italian or English) and the receipt of the request for equivalence of the overseas qualification in accordance with artwork. 38 Legislative Decree 165/2001
