• Provide tailored support to pupil premium students with non-academic barriers to learning in both one-on-one and group settings, ensuring individual learning plans are followed.
• Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to modify lessons and activities to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with SEMH needs and SEN, promoting an inclusive learning environment.
• Support the development of social and communication skills, helping students to interact positively with peers and staff.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour, providing regular feedback to teachers, SEN coordinators, and parents.

To succeed in this role you will be:

• Experienced working with children with a wide range of additional needs.
• Local to Eastbourne or able to reliably commute.
• Adaptable in facilitating the progress of children with diverse circumstances.
• Passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential.
