Our client, an innovative agronomy consultancy, is seeking a passionate Agronomist to support farmers in transitioning to regenerative practices. This is an exciting opportunity to make a valuable difference in the agricultural sector by delivering holistic agronomy services to clients across South Oxfordshire / Berkshire.Position OverviewAs an Agronomist, you will play a crucial role in delivering regular agronomy services to clients, focusing on crop protection, nutrient management, and soil fertility. Your expertise will contribute to the consultancy’s mission of promoting sustainable and regenerative agriculture practices.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive agronomy guidance to clientsDevelop and implement crop protection strategiesOffer nutrient management and soil fertility consultancyAdapt recommendations based on changing field conditionsContribute to the growth of regenerative agricultureRequirementsBASIS and FACTs qualificationsPrior agronomy experienceAdaptability to changing conditions and circumstancesPassion for holistic/regenerative agriculture (preferred)Knowledge in crop nutrition, soil health, and fertility (preferred)How to ApplyIf you have the skills and experience to excel in this role, please apply.
