Protocol Education is working with a local Bristol school who are on the hunt for a Business Teacher to start in the new academic year. The role will be full time and permanent, with expectations of planning, marking and, of course, teaching.The role and what they are looking forYou will have a confident understanding of the curriculum, excellent subject knowledge and proven successes teaching Business Studies across the board. The successful candidate is someone who:

• is forward thinking and capable of inspiring students through their passion for Business Studies
• has experience teaching Business Studies to KS3 and KS4
• is a successful teacher who believes in bringing out the best in every student and who believes in the potential of all
• challenges our young people to think in new ways
• can turn ideas and opportunities into success
• establishes and maintains strong relationships, using excellent interpersonal skills
• sets high expectations for teaching and learning
• is a reflective and collaborative practitioner
• has an up-to-date knowledge of teaching and behaviour management strategies.
