Protocol Education are supporting this Nursery to appoint 2 x EYFS teachers to start ASAP.Start: After EasterHours: 7:30-5pm Monday-Thursday 7:30-3pm Friday.Salary: £22,500 per yearTerm time only permanant roleThis Nursery is an Outstanding Montessori Kindergarten in Harpenden, Hertfordshire for Pre-School and Nursery Age Children from 2-5 years old.The successful educator will be assigned a key worker partner and they will work closely to support each other to allow time within your working hours for all observation work, meaning, no work to take home, ever!Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across a variety of subjects and age groups within primary schools.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to academic and personal growth.
- Maintain effective classroom management and uphold Nursery policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to promote student progress and well-being.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
- Proven experience working with EYFS aged children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teaching assignments.
- Enhanced DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
