- Design and deliver engaging and interactive Maths lessons that cater to the needs and abilities of all learners, fostering a love for the subject and promoting a growth mindset
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and technology to enhance the learning experience and facilitate student understanding
- Assess student progress regularly and provide timely feedback to support their academic development and achievement
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel valued, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum, share best practices, and contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events
Requirements:
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialisation in Maths
- Proven experience teaching Maths to students in Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5, preferably within an independent school setting
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring curiosity and confidence in mathematics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity and promotes academic excellence
