Your primary role is to develop and implement value proposition data and performance improvement strategies to support the feasibility and effectiveness of Ford Pro Charging (FPC) operations needed to manage the resources and business outcomes for electric vehicle chargers and related hardware. We are looking for someone excited to join the Ford Pro team and create solutions to support our commercial Electric Vehicle fleet customers. The ideal candidate can prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with management to design and measure continuous process improvement work that integrates strategic and financial plans

  • Ensure alignment of revenue optimization and operational process initiatives with goals and objectives and in accordance with sales, inventory, supply and customer metrics

  • Conduct process mining and assess value streams for new workflows and programs

  • Prepare quality and performance assessment documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, process improvement value-adds, stability studies, corrective actions, and re-validations.

  • Enhance team and organizational reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value

  • Develop strong relationships and partnerships with internal stakeholders

  • Act as senior resource and gap-filling capacity for operating workflows and data collection

What you’ll have…

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, product management, analytics, system dynamics, quality assurance, or a relevant business role

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic planning and improvement experience, and advanced business process development

  • 3+ years of experience with data-driven approach to decision making with strong data modeling, reporting & metrics experience

  • Knowledge of vehicle electrification and charging solutions

  • Experience with SharePoint and Salesforce (or similar system) automations and integrations

  • Knowledge of lean and kaizen methodologies

  • Understanding of supply chain management, logistics, inventory management and accounts receivable

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on products and processes that are part of a rapidly evolving, nascent market

  • High integrity

  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Extremely organized with great attention to detail
