This role is based within Siemens Mobility, whose client portfolio includes; HS2, Transport for London, Transport for Wales, Network Rail, various train operating companies, London Underground and many more.

We will create a personalised training plan to help you develop the specific skills and knowledge required for your role. By the end of your programme, you will be equipped with the best knowledge and hands-on experience to kickstart your professional career here at Siemens Mobility.
Immerse yourself in our rail systems technology projects to put theory into practice, enhance your skills, and be ready for future graduate roles with us.
Get to grips with all aspects of contract administration – the mechanisms and procedures that apply to contracts
Roll up your sleeves for some contract practice, and immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of a project
Understand the implications and obligations that apply to everyone involved within the contract
Look after the financial management aspects of your project, such as cost reporting, valuations, change management and final accounts
Prepare and present reports on the performance of a project
Give effective forecasting of costs, risks and begin to understand the financial implications
Carry out measurement and quantification of the works
Seek out opportunities that strengthen your skills and knowledge to prepare you for a future with Siemens
Essential Skills and Attributes
We are seeking innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following;
Achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in a Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management/ Construction Law, Finance/Accounting or a Business related degree
Logical thinking, willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving
Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions
