What we are looking for:
As partners in the Woodland Trust’s ‘Building Capacity for Scotlands’ Rainforest’ development
project, Argyll and The Isles Coast & Countryside Trust (ACT) seeks a volunteer development
co-ordinator to build a dynamic volunteering framework for Scotland’s Rainforest. This role
focuses on creating accessible opportunities for diverse audiences, enhancing their
understanding and appreciation of our unique rainforest ecosystem.
Do you have:
- Proven experience engaging with volunteers and host organizations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- A clean UK driving license and the ability to travel across the west coast with occasional
overnight stays. - An enthusiasm for Scotland’s rainforest.
- Experience in managing project budgets and understanding legislative requirements related
to volunteering and outdoor events (training can be provided).
