This is an opportunity to work alongside traders, quants, and developers in a collaborative environment where your technical expertise directly impacts trading decisions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and enhance pricing models for the brokerages’ products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop tools for identifying and optimizing trade opportunities, supporting traders and portfolio managers in making data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with trading desks to continually improve the firms analytics and risk management platforms.
  • Gather and process a wide range of market and macroeconomic data to strengthen model performance.
  • Offer hands-on trading support by delivering real-time analytics and pricing solutions during market hours.

What We’re Looking For:

  • An advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in financial services, particularly in a quantitative development or similar role.
  • Strong programming skills, with expertise in Python, C++, or other object-oriented languages.
  • Proven experience in building pricing libraries and implementing quantitative financial models.
  • Sharp analytical thinking and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
