Re-Advert National Consultant- Dev Project Docs for successive project-K4DM

Description of the Assignment:  

Assist UNDP/ERD of the Ministry of Finance of the GoB in formulating the Project Document including analytical inputs, other preparatory activities, consultations with key actors, and drafting the final documentation. In addition, the consultant will analyze the impact of the project and the needs assessment. Design and develop a project document for the successive project of Knowledge for Development Management (K4DM) phase-II with a strategic visionary exercise with longer-term organizational development design, which will help ERD to transform given the context of LDC graduation and its changing nature of the rules of business following UNDP guidelines and a template including a detailed results framework, budget and TORs, and a resource mobilization strategy. Derive the evidence of the project results claimed in the final evaluation of K4DM Phase II.

 

Period of assignment/services : 45 working days over 03 months
