The Reader/Professor/Director in Clinical Pharmacy is responsible for the clinical teaching on the MPharm programme and PGT independent prescribing programmes. The postholder will support the Head of the Pharmacy Teaching Department and the Dean of Bioscience Education in ensuring the faculty executes excellence across all its activities.This post will be offered on an indefinite contract.This is a full-time post – 100% full time equivalent.Key responsibilitiesThe role holder is expected:
The Head of the Clinical Teaching will work closely with the head of the Pharmacy Department and Deans of Education, other Heads of Teaching Department, Heads of School, the Faculty’s Education Support Services team and other staff across the Faculty to ensure that the activities of the Teaching Department are delivered in an efficient and appropriate manner.The above list of responsibilities may not be exhaustive, and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks and responsibilities as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.Skills, knowledge, and experienceLeadership
