Monitor transaction timelines to guarantee that all processes are executed promptly to meet closing deadlines. • Client Support & Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing client inquiries, offering clear explanations of legal procedures, and guiding clients through the entire conveyancing process. Your ability to make complex processes easy to understand will ensure clients feel supported and confident throughout the transaction. • Team Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with real estate agents, lawyers, and other professionals to ensure all property transfers are efficient and seamless. As a manager, you will oversee the team, ensuring everyone is aligned with company goals and supporting agents to achieve success in their transactions. • Office Management & Front-End Reception: Manage front-end reception duties, including greeting clients and visitors, answering inquiries, and managing office logistics. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for clients and staff alike. • Listing & Documentation Management: Upload and manage agent listings on the brokerage platform, ensuring all property details are accurately entered and up-to-date. Ensure all documents related to closings are intact and ready for processing, minimizing any delays and ensuring a smooth transition at closing. • Leadership & Team Development: Oversee the daily operations of the team, providing guidance and support to ensure agents are meeting their goals. With a focus on team development, you will help agents grow professionally, fostering a culture of success and ensuring that all team members are set up for success in every transaction.
