Location: Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Full Time, temp to perm
Salary: £33,075 – £50,47, depending on experience.The Role: As the Reception Teacher, you will be responsible for providing engaging and stimulating lessons to the youngest learners. The role includes:

• Planning and delivering exciting lessons that engage young minds
• Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting children’s emotional, social, and academic development
• Working closely with a dedicated team of staff to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils
• Encouraging a love of learning through play and exploration
• Work closely with parents and the wider school community to support children’s development
• Assess and track children’s progress, providing constructive feedback
• Encourage independent learning and social skills development

What We’re Looking For:

• QTS, EYTS or equivalent teaching qualification is desirable but unqualified candidates with a passion for Early Years are encouraged to apply!
• Experience teaching in a Reception class or Early Years setting is highly desirable
• A passion for early years education and a creative, child-focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to working as part of a close-knit team
