Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for Reception children.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement an inspiring curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
• Regularly assess and monitor students’ progress and well-being, providing feedback to both parents and colleagues.
• Maintain strong relationships with parents, guardians, and carers, ensuring clear communication and support for students’ development.
• Foster an inclusive classroom where all children feel safe, valued, and able to express themselves freely.
