A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Reception Teacher to join a warm and welcoming primary school in Enfield, London this January 2025. This ‘Good’ rated school is committed to providing a nurturing environment where young children’s academic, emotional, and social development is supported through engaging and creative learning experiences.As a Reception Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early educational journey of young learners, fostering a love of learning and laying the foundation for their future success.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports all aspects of early childhood development.
  • Support children’s social and emotional growth, encouraging independence and confidence in a nurturing setting.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in an EYFS setting, ideally in Reception.
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and how to create inspiring, child-centered learning experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with young children and their families.
  • A creative, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
  • A commitment to ensuring all children reach their full potential in a supportive and caring environment.
