We are looking for a Receptionist to be part of our team in Oakville, Ontario. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for managing our multi-line phone system, providing customer service, and organizing files. This role is a short term contract employment opportunity within the service industry.Responsibilities:

• Manage the reception area, including answering multi-line phone system and routing calls appropriately
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Handle data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date and accurate
• Manage email correspondence professionally and promptly, ensuring all inquiries are addressed
• Utilize interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members, promoting a positive work environment
• Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks
• Organize files and documents to ensure easy retrieval and efficient operations
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences as required
• Assist in other administrative tasks as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist role or similar position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
• Demonstrated experience with answering multi-line phone systems
• Proven customer service skills and experience
• Familiarity with data entry tasks
• Experience in email correspondence and professional communication
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people from various backgrounds
• Organizational skills with experience in managing and organizing files
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
