We are currently looking for two receptionist in the Dorval area. This person will be joining a dynamic and pleasant working environment. The candidate needs to know how to multitask, be organized and someone who is detail oriented. This person might have other tasks that are listed for this particular role.Advantages

Some of the tasks and requirements for this person would be:
– Answering phones
– Planning special projects
– Greeting visitors
– Someone who will be aware and assign the necessary uniforms for the pilots, technicians and workers
– Handling safety issuesQualifications
Reception experience 2-3 years
Bilingual (French and English) written and oral
They need Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Good customer service and someone who is customer oriented
Capable of working in a stressful environment at timesSummary
