The Role:

 

Oxfam Syria is looking for Receptionist

To ensure effective, on time delivery of administrative, maintenance, and facilities support enabling the smooth operation of all premises.

An ideal candidate for the role will also be / have:

 

Essential  
•    Minimum (2 Years) experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar administrative role.
•    Educational degree: minimum Highschool degree.
•    Minimum 1 year experience in humanitarian NGO, preferable INGO
•    Site inspection experience is an asset.
•    Experience in data entering and registrations.
•    Team-working skills.
•    Flexibility under pressure and in response to changing needs.
•    Competency in use of relevant technology systems (Microsoft Office applications)
•    Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal)

Desirable 
•    Responsible, flexible, adaptable, prioritizing 
•    Good team player and builder.
•    Preferable College Graduate, or Undergraduate.
