Amendment #1: 

With reference to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) dated 14 September 2025, UNDP Ukraine issued amendment No.1 in order to:

1. Share the Q&A from the pre-bid meeting held on September 23, 2025. 

2. Correct the reference number for the negotiation in the Annex – A to Section 05 from UNDP-UKR-01414 to UNDP-UKR-01424.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine hereby invites you to submit a Bid to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) UNDP-UKR-01424: Reconstruction of the Power Supply System with the Installation of Gas Piston Cogeneration Units (3 Locations)

Pre-Bidding Conference will be held on 23 September 2025, at 11:00 am (Kyiv time) via MS Teams.

Interested bidders are required to register for Pre-Bidding Conference by submitting their company name, list of attending representatives and their contact information through Quantum messaging portal for the subject negotiation or at the following e-mail by 22 September 2025.

1.      In case you do not have Supplier profile, please follow the link Registration of prospective bidder and be guided by Localized guide for Supplier profile registration Quantum Supplier registration brief manual UA v.3.pdf (undp.org) (UA)

2.      Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.

3.      All the bidders are strongly encouraged to initiate the supplier registration in Quantum at least five days before the tender deadline.

4.      Please indicate that you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. Should you require further clarifications, kindly communicate using the messaging functionality in the system.
