We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Recording Secretary. The selected individual will be involved in managing and documenting board meetings, refining minutes, and maintaining executive correspondence.Responsibilities:

• Accurately document discussions, decisions, and actions during board meetings
• Fine-tune meeting minutes for distribution post-meeting
• Actively partake in board meetings, typically running for 2 to 3 hours
• Be present and contribute to the final and first board meetings for the respective boards
• Efficiently manage schedule appointments for board meetings
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for data entry and email correspondence
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service
• Keep accurate records using Microsoft Excel
• Ensure the smooth transition during the annual general meeting, including the election of a new slate of directors
• Must possess excellent skills in answering inbound calls
• Strong customer service abilities are required
• Proficiency in data entry is essential
• Must be adept in managing email correspondence
• Should have experience handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel is necessary
• Expertise in Microsoft Outlook is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is required
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Word
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively is crucial
