We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our team at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust. If you have previous experience in an HR or recruitment role and are able to manage a diverse and ever changing workload, we’d love to receive your application.

You’ll be delivering a fast, accurate, customer focused recruitment service, and as such, you’ll need to customer service orientated and a committed individual who enjoys providing a first class service to managers and candidates. You’ll build strong relationships with our departments.

This role sits within the Medical Recruitment team, which co-ordinates initiatives related to the employment and Recruitment of doctors within the Trust. The service supports effective management and deployment of senior and junior medical staff including locum medical staff in order to support the Trust in achieving its strategic and operational objectives.

Main duties of the job

We recruit into high volume vacancies as well as niche, highly specialist posts. Along with administering the pre-employment checks, contracts and onboarding of our Medical and Dental Trainees from Health Education Wessex.
