Delmanor is seeking a passionate Regional Manager, Sales & Marketing to spearhead our regional efforts and support our Community Relations Managers (CRMs). - Support, Guidance, and Training: Provide support, guidance, and training in building Delmanor’s brand awareness, creating, implementing, and nurturing partnerships and sales strategies.
- Mentor and Develop: Help CRMs hone their outreach skills and plan successful events and sponsorships.
- Monitor Sales Targets: Monitor sales targets, sales standards, and sales support for all communities.
- Sales Strategy: Contribute to the annual sales strategy to achieve occupancy goals.
- Metrics and Reporting: Provide monthly metrics based on pre-determined goals and targets.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct and maintain competitive analyses for strategic planning.
- Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with other regional team members to ensure alignment of sales strategies with organizational goals.
- Event Leadership: Plan and support company-wide Delmanor events for lead generation and networking.
- Measure Success: Establish and measure the success of outreach and sponsorship plans.
- On-Site Presence: Provide on-site sales coverage as needed to support our communities.
- Community and Office Work: This role requires being onsite at Delmanor Communities 3 days a week and at the support office 2 days.
What You Bring:
- Experience: 3+ years of regional experience supporting multiple communities, with a strong background in customer service, sales, and marketing.
- Education: Post-secondary education, with a preference in Business Administration or Hospitality Management with a major in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or Public Relations, or a background in an industry related to the position.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills. Proven ability to create and implement training programs. Proficient in computer skills (Excel, Word, Contact Management Software).
- Attributes: Self-motivated, high energy, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong organizational and event planning skills. Effective communication in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and/or evenings.
