Job Reference: 39006Registered NurseLocation: Sleaford, LincolshirePay Rates: Up to £40,823.64 per year / £23.79 per hour (based on a 33 hour contract)Shift Patterns: 12 Hour ShiftsAs a nurse, you will play a crucial role in this homely feel service and provide nursing and dementia care to their residents.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management and nurses to deliver high-quality care and positive resident outcomes.
• Assist carers with personal care and daily activities like washing, dressing, and eating.
• Administer medication, update care plans, and maintain accurate records and training.
• Promote residents’ choice, dignity, and independence, and help manage the care team.

Qualification/experience:

• A minimum of 2 years post registration experience.
• Experience of 2 years within a Nursing Home setting.
• Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices
• Ensure accurate records are kept in accordance with NMC guidelines
• Undertake regular mandatory training
• As part of our onboarding check will we also need to see a copy of your Academic Qualification
