Job Description

The Owner Relations Agent I is responsible for a wide range of activities aimed at assisting landowners and supporting the Land Department. Key responsibilities include scanning documents into the internal database, creating and monitoring Salesforce accounts, preparing and mailing change of address and ACH forms, processing new and revised owner account data, and answering incoming calls on the Owner Relations hotline. Additionally, this role requires maintaining strong relationships with interest partners, researching owner inquiries, confirming decimal interests by calculating various interest types, analyzing data to confirm leasehold HBP status, reviewing lease documents, and providing assistance to the legal department to resolve claims and civil matters.

This is a contract position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Hybrid work schedule with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote in. The position includes 4 weeks of mandatory in-person training with no calls allowed during this period. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
