A leading financial company in Wayne, PA, is seeking a Remittance Process Administrator to join their team.
Job Description:
Apply cash to contracts or complex transactions.
Respond to internal and external requests while adhering to daily standards.
Enter payments online or through the mail, following financial administrative procedures and guidelines.
Ensure correct and timely payouts of investments, payments to partners, and registration and allocation of incoming rentals and other lease payments.
File and archive financial documents in compliance with financial guidelines and legal requirements for storage, ensuring quick traceability and adherence to legal and local audit requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
1-3 years of relevant work experience.
Skip tracing experience
Strong phone skills and Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to work independently; high-level decision making
Experience in high volume environments able to handle 100+ items per day
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 – $25.00
